Soda

When the soda machine is looking like its getting empty. Someone (you) needs to collect the 10 latest soda choices on the whiteboard on the soda machine. If there aren't 10, add your favorite drinks, or walk around and ask others. If they have not been translated into Kalil order codes you need to (they're on the Kalil pages stuck to wall by soda machine)

NOTES:

• We MUST order 10 cases of soda at a time.
• If we want to get a decent price on cans of soda (we do) you need to select the code for a 12 pack and order TWO of them.

Within a few days someone will arrive with the soda. They will not speak English and will demand cash/check on the spot. Tell them absolutely not, that we have an account on file and they need to call someone at the home office. Pull your hair out for 10 minutes and when he finally leaves restock the front machine and put any remainder soda in the back 'kitchen' area.
