• put everything up and change things constantly, let people see the size and progress. CONSTANT BETA!
• Blogging, stuff that is local, provide some sort of benefit to bring people there so you can sell them on the space, like a local hackaday
• Ignite phoenix would be huge for us
• What about handing out free daypasses somewhere, colleges etc?
• What about an open house day once a month where we throw the doors open?
• Classes and outreach to schools will be key
• First Friday!
