Overall, this looks very good. However:

  • Preformatted text doesn't wrap, making for a side-scrolling page; no good.
    • Wikified the format to make it easier to read. Will 05:19, 7 February 2012 (UTC)
  • FAQ are answered in first-person, but don't specify who "I" is.
  • Conversational tone of FAQ answers is distracting.
