It's very important that we train everyone similarly, in a culture of cleanliness, do-it-yourself, and safety otherwise the hackerspace can go to hell quickly.

- No taking equipment offsite or touching people's boxes/lockers.
- Public stuff shouldn't be left in your box, your stuff shouldn't be left laying around the lab.
- How to fix/connect to wifi (hacktheplanet)
- Parking (dedicated, hour enforcement, street parking, passes)
- HYH Meetings (agenda, vote on proposals, working on improving lab)
- Soda (donations, repurchasing)
- Member access card proposals
- Donations are accepted but stuff shouldn't stay in the public lab space without a vote.
- Monthly Treasurer report
- Proposals to the Board/Treasurer
- Do it yourself: nobody else is going to create it, fix it, pick it up, clean it, or replace it but you. If you can't do it, email the Group so someone else can.

- Some equipment requires certification before use.
- Generally speaking, ask a member prior to using a tool you haven't used in the lab before. We do things differently than at your home, ask so you know how to use OUR tools right.
- Don't disassemble or borrow tools or workstation parts as it'll render the tool unusable/messy.

- Location of lightswitches, turn off when leaving
- Check door locks are all green, not red or off
- When keeping the doors open, keep an eye on the door and make people who walk in your guest and responsibility
