Formal proposals directed towards Hack Your Hackerspace meetings are to be made including to but not limited to:

When tools or equipment outside normal operating budgets are to be considered When card access to the space is to be added to a member. When installations, stations, or additions to the lab take up sizable floor space.

08/11/2011Members voting directly on proposals including proposed use of lab space.

08/11/2011Going forward in order to receive a 24/7 access card a member's card access will need to be proposed and voted on at Hack Your Hackerspace meetings just like other space business.

11/12/2012Only people with card access can vote on granting card access.
