The operations team is a committee recruited by the board in order to manage the day-to-day operations of HeatSync Labs.

- Machine Shop: Darrell Wertz
- Microcontrollers: David Flores
- Nuts & Bolts: Greg Oswalt
- Sewing: Michelle Mueller, Linda Krecker
- Vinyl Cutter: Needed
