Greetings [Name]!

As the board member contact for operations, I'd like to welcome you to HeatSync Labs and thank you for supporting us.

We're open M-F 7pm-10pm, and often outside these hours as well.

You may find the discussion board at http://groups.google.com/group/heatsynclabs , the webcams at live.heatsynclabs.org and the @heatsyncstatus twitter account helpful to get involved with our community and stay in touch with lab activity.

HeatSync Labs has no paid staff, so those resources are also where you will best be able to interact with your fellow community members.

As a member, you should review the bylaws, especially the section governing membership and code of conduct: http://wiki.heatsynclabs.org/wiki/Bylaws

Also, you should know the rules http://wiki.heatsynclabs.org/wiki/Rules and operational policies http://wiki.heatsynclabs.org/wiki/Operational_Policies .

When is a good time to tour you through the lab, give you some training, and sign liability forms?
