HeatSync Labs is run by a Board of Directors, which aids in procedural and financial decisions made at HeatSync. Each officer is voted into office once a year by the membership, unless they become impeached or resign. The bylaws outline the structure of the board in more detail.  All board officers must be a member in good standing, attend once-monthly board meetings, and advocate for Heatsync.  If you're interested in being on the board or want to contact the board, please e-mail  using board {at} heatsynclabs.org.

The following is a list of the current Board of Directors. As you may have noticed, we currently have two positions that have been vacant since their previous officials resigned.  As required in our [[Bylaws|bylaws]], the officers of the Board must elect some replacements to fill the positions until the next general election.

We're asking for nominations for candidates for the office of Treasurer and Resource Manager.  The descriptions of what responsibilities these offices entail can be found in the bylaws.  All board officers must pay monthly dues, attend bi-weekly Board meetings, and are encouraged to walk around in lab coats.  If you're interested in joining our ranks, please e-mail our champions, Jacob and Jeremy using info {at} heatsynclabs.org.

Originally from Deutschland, Jeremy immediately fell in love with the American hacker community and is driven to promote the positive connotations of the word "hacker". After graduating from UAT and stepping down from leadership of DC480, to join the work force, he still had the lingering idea of wanting to make a mad scientists lab with his friends. During the day he works as a Trainer of Systems Technicians, Administrators and Engineers. At night he dons the appropriate safety gear to create things and push HeatSync Labs forward.
